Anti-Spam Policy

Last Updated: April 28, 2026

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

ProsperGene (NeatResearch Laboratories Ltd) has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), also known as "Spam." We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our brand and protecting the digital ecosystem.

2. What We Consider Spam

Spam includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

  • Sending emails to recipients who have not explicitly "opted-in" to receive communications from you.
  • Using harvested, purchased, or rented email lists.
  • Posting your affiliate link in comments, forums, or social media groups where it is prohibited or considered off-topic.
  • Using misleading subject lines or falsified header information.
  • Failing to provide a clear and functional "Unsubscribe" mechanism in all marketing communications.

3. Affiliate Requirements

All affiliates and members of the ProsperGene Network must adhere to the following standards:

  • CAN-SPAM Compliance: All emails must include a valid physical postal address and a clear way to opt-out.
  • Truth in Advertising: Never make false income claims or exaggerated health promises to lure prospects.
  • Permission-Based Marketing: Only send information to those who have requested it directly from your lead capture pages.

4. Consequences of Violation

If an affiliate is found to be in violation of this Anti-Spam Policy, ProsperGene reserves the right to take immediate action, including:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the affiliate account.
  • Forfeiture of all pending commissions and bonuses.
  • Legal action if the violation causes damage to the ProsperGene brand or infrastructure.

5. Reporting Spam

If you have received unsolicited communication that appears to be from a ProsperGene affiliate, please report it to us immediately at [email protected]. Include a copy of the communication and any relevant header information.

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action against violators.

6. Changes to this Policy

ProsperGene may update this policy at any time. Affiliates are responsible for staying informed of the current standards of conduct.
